Dipty Jyoti a MBA profession. She has experience working with various companies and startups into analytics and strategic planning.

Since beginning she has inclination towards helping other and her responsibility towards society. She was an active donor and visitors to different NGO. One day she find few of known employee are not working and the workplace is no longer in the premises like the kitchen. What happened to those who working for 25 years and are differently abled are jobless. Where are they? How they are earning their livelihood at this phase of life? She connected to more people there and understood there concerns. They asked to help her in starting cloud kitchen and she invested her saving and changed her life permanently.

This made her realize that empowerment is the key to success. There are many individuals who need little guidance and support which could change their life from disguise to blessing. They can equally contribute to the society. This opened up her life to a community that had been side lined for empowering and employment for underprivileged and marginalized individuals to professionals. Her work got its wings for natural or social victims/survivors like acid attack survivor, rape victims, PwD, third genders etc. The journey begin and spreading it wings.
